Didn't last long
The pillow was comfortable for a little while but quickly lost shape and became uncomfortable. This happened despite me fluffing it every week

Casper is struggling and you are paying for it
We bought their linen sheets for over $350. After a little over a year, the sheets are visible thinned out and are disintegrating. Linen sheets are meant to last several years, hence also their price. Casper is selling inferior products and won’t acknowledge, reimburse or replace their poor products. Zero confidence. I recommend buying from recognized manufacturers of quality products. Casper is clearly a struggling internet “startup”. Evidently, they are resorting to poor quality at the expense of their customers while their unsustainable business model is failing.

Over-hyped rubbish.
Over-hyped rubbish.
For 5 years now, I've struggled with this damn mattress, buying so many pillows because, hell, with such glowing reviews, how could it be the mattress causing back and shoulder ache?
I'm 6ft and of totally average weight.
I'm a side sleeper.
On and off, since getting this mattress, I've suffered from back pain and severe shoulder pain.
It is ridiculously heavy and unwieldy to move - there isn't even any side handles, which is surely a prerequisite for a mattress.
I was taken in by the hype in a big way, because the marketing is so aggressive - for all these types of mattresses.
The crazy thing is, the price is exorbitant when compared with a middle quality level pocket sprung mattress - almost double the price.
Do yourself a favour - DON'T BUY THIS.
Don't buy ANY of the other products of the same nature from a myriad of different companies.
It is marketing hype - they are inferior to traditional pocket sprung mattresses in pretty much every single way imaginable.
The "memory foam" thing is just nonsense.
What it really means, is it'll leave indents in the mattress that supposedly mould to your sleeping form.
The thing is, people don't sleep that way, we naturally move around in the night.
Trust me on this - AVOID.
TERRIBLE!!!!
TERRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND PAIN OF DEALING WITH THE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN INADEQUATE PRODUCT SUCH AS CASPER.
1. The mattress original is what I purchased and I regret it. Don't buy mattress in a box from them they suck.
2. It's so hard it caused me to have severe back pain and shooting pains on my hips.
3. I'm beginning to become an insomniac because I am unable to sleep anymore.
My biggest issue aside from the lousy mattress is the worst customer service. You can't return it until you've had it for 30 days to break in. Why are we forced to keep something we know is not going to work out! If it's causing us pain why can't we just send it back why do we have to keep it this is terrible.
I explained in full blown TEARS to the customer service managers I was in pain and not sleeping and they would not BUDGE! It's like ingrained. I know there can be exceptions. Don't believe the celebrity hype this mattress is crap. I went to a legitimate mattress store and even the sales associates didn't like Casper brands. You're better off buying a SERTA.
I've decided to buy another mattress and put this one to the side it's such BULL that I have to keep it until it's over but what can you do. I tried. I should really sue.

Do NOT buy a Casper mattress!!!
I bought this Casper mattress from Amazon thinking I was buying a quality product. After a couple of years of minimal use, (I'm only 12/13 stone) the foam has become soft and extremely uncomfortable leaving me with crippling back pain. Since buying this thing I turned it every couple of months which helped me keep my old mattress for ten years, (NOT a Casper)
I wrote to Casper explaining my dilemma and initially was impressed by the quick reply. They asked a lot of questions had me strip the bed twice to take photographs, and labels, where I bought it and when, etc. After going through this Interrogation I was passed on to the warranty department who asked me the same questions and investigated the case again, also requiring me to strip the bed and take more photographs, which I did. Having gone to all this trouble and waiting, they eventually replied telling me my warranty is void because I bought it from Amazon, and I would have to contact them. What an absolute croc! The mattress is supposed to last several years, this thing did not. It's been a couple of years since my purchase so the return of this mattress is now in question with Amazon. As far as Casper goes, the mattress is as bad as the warranty and the so-called customer services, appalling! How Casper has wormed their way out of the warranty is almost as bigger a stunt as P&O pulled. I wouldn't touch nor recommend any Casper products again to anyone!
This pillow hurt my neck and back and I…
This pillow hurt my neck and back and I was in pain for weeks.
When I tried to exchange it, customer support took a week to reply and then told me I was past the return deadline. It would have been fine if they didn't take that long to reply.
I wanted to exchange for their original pillow which I had used before and LOVED. Now I'm stuck with a useless piece of foam and I'll never buy from Casper again although I was a huge fan before this poor customer service experience.

Don’t buy a bed-in-box
Don’t buy a bed-in-box. Just don’t. There’s a reason the big names don’t vacuum-pack their products; a quality mattress isn’t compatible with the concept. We have a king size casper from costco… and the only vacuum-reference that I’ll endorse is that it sucks. Not supportive. Not even comfortable. It sags in all the wrong places, and it doesn’t hold an edge (which is a good way to evaluate ANY mattress… check it’s ability to “hold shape” when you sit on the corner)., We both despise this mattress. I tolerate it while my girlfriend sleeps on her 14 year old memory-foam knock-off in the spare bedroom from before dum-dum mattresses went viral (think; casper / purple / any boxed nonsense). Fortunately, I’m confident that Costco will take it back… but i hope they burn it when they do. We’ve got a tempurpedic in order. We paid dearly for it, but we’re looking forward to our last night in this piece of trash.
Casper's Appalling Customer Care
My significant other and I purchased Casper's Glow Lights and it has been nothing but trouble. The lights are a clever design, which is why we decided to buy them, but this product and company are shoddy at best.
First, the lights all have a high pitch whine. For a light that was meant to help you fall asleep, this is pretty silly. Not only that, but they can flicker if held at certain brightness levels.
Of course, I contacted Casper when we noticed these problems thinking that we just had bad luck. One light whined more than the other and it was the same light that flickered. This type of thing happens. Here's where it went wrong.
When you contact Casper, you will not be helped. The customer service is the worst I've experienced in my life. This is genuine truth, not hyperbole. We talked to three different people. Each claimed we would be helped in the next few days, but we were never called or emailed again. We reached out via live chat, email, and by phone and were told the same thing each time: "Reset your lights." Once this clearly didn't help (not sure why they thought it would anyway -- resetting the software for a light wouldn't fix a hardware problem.
So, we finally just decided to contact our credit card company and the Better Business Bureau and not deal with Casper's appalling customer care directly. Our credit card company was able to get us one new light shipped to us. Not only was that insufficient, but it arrived and also makes a high pitch whine. In fact, this one is louder than both the others.
Fast forward now roughly a week after receiving it and now the light is corroding around the terminals and leaking green liquid. This light isn't even safe to have on a nightstand. Honestly, I know Casper doesn't care, I know they won't help, I am just trying to warn all of you before you purchase anything from a dying company.
I have nothing positive to say other than that the engineers who developed the idea of this lamp were creative and don't deserve to be punished alongside the company that can't enact proper quality control or train their customer service representatives to handle problems.
Mattress is not worth the money
When we first received our mattress it seemed firm and supportive.
Just over s year ( and out if guarantee) it is not worth the money.
On my husband's side it slopes and is very uncomfortable.
Not as bad on my side but slopes all the same.
Save your money towards a decent mattress with longevity.

Response time BEWARE
My purchased glow-light worked well for several months, before ceasing charging and working very inconsistently. I contacted customer support, and received a response but absolutely no follow-through. My lamp remains under warranty, but I have still received no response over 11 days after they acknowledged my request. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible Mattress
Not usually one to leave reviews, but I don't want anybody to experience just how bad the Casper Mattress is!!
We bought our Casper Mattress back in Nov 2019, wished we hadn't stuck with it! It's honestly the worst mattress we've had. I think we've actually been complaining that it's not comfortable for the last year!
As with numerous other reviews, it seems obvious to me that the quality of foam used is very poor, we have been getting bad backs and restless nights sleep due to the foam compacting into a dip on each side and leaving a hump in the middle (we followed the guide lines, turning etc). I can't overstate how ripped off we feel.
Since they have now left the UK market, and having read other reviews about Caspers support, I don't believe we'll get a resolution, even though they market the product with a 10 year guarentee, which means diddly squat in this case!
Don't ever purchase anything from this company!!
NO longevity, very poor quality and the "guarantee" is worthless.
We had the exact same experience as Mr. Clay's review below. The mattress seemed okay at first and the trial was comfortable. But their guarantees are very well-thought-out and tested - they know what they're doing. After having the mattress 18 months, there is a huge disparity in density from sleeping on it, despite turning/rotating it. As you sleep on it, you are basically sinking into a huge divot with a firm hump in the middle of the bed. This means you can't really roll over in your sleep and so many times I've woken up very sore from sleeping on one side the whole night. As I have spinal arthritis and this bed is exacerbating my condition, I thought I'd try to make a warranty claim since it's fairly young, and it needs to be replaced. The customer service is over-friendly, to act like they care and are playing nice, but ultimately will not help you. They had me do a string test and send photos. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a visible dip as I didn't think it would show, but the dip was between 7/8th and 15/16th of an inch (very close indeed), but as it was "less than an inch" it didn't fall within the warranty. Considering this is firm foam, the fact that there is a dip at all shows there is a problem, imho. I then said that the density was also affected where we had slept, meaning the bed was much softer at edges with a firm hump in the middle. She said we could photograph that by placing weights (of no more than 10 pounds!!!) on the 2 areas. But at 10 pounds, this would not show the difference. They know exactly how to weasel out of any claims. I am surprised they weren't more willing to help considering I have medical conditions which the mattress was making worse. In the end, I decided my time had value and wasn't worth pursuing further as they were not being helpful.
At £700 for a foam mattress, this is ultimately a scam, as the bed is not fit for purpose; they know it and refuse to make good. This is also horrible for the environment to make a bunch of essentially disposable beds that only last a few years.
Never again. I will never buy another foam mattress as they simply do not last and at this price, are horrid value for money. Do your research and read through the many poor reviews here. Casper is not a good company at all. Unless you're okay with spending a huge amount of money on a mediocre bed that will last less than 2 years.

Horrible delays
Horrible delays, no communication. I have been waiting three months and finally got an email telling me that it would be four weeks until they could even SCHEDULE a delivery (presumably some time later than four weeks from now). I had high hopes for getting a Casper but they have been a terrible company and have not communicated anything at all until months after my order. To add insult to injury, they warn you "not to inquire or email them" as this "could create another ticket and delay things further." POOR customer service. There are plenty of places that will sell you an overpriced bed - Casper is not an innovator, they're just another bad furniture company.
It started with casper on my first…
It started with casper on my first computer. keep going thank you

Great as first but then...............
Beware of these mattresses in the long term. As first the mattress was comfortable but after 3-4 months where we sleep was a distinct dip on either side. This then left a firm ridge down the middle of the bed. The instructions for turning etc were followed to the letter but after 18 months it has had to be replaced. For the price not good value.
